Nancy Piepho, President

Nancy grew up in Raleigh and graduated from Westmont College in Santa Barbara, CA with degrees in Business and Economics. After years in event planning, sales and numerous management roles, Nancy saw a need to help the everyday employee, and Expedite Group was born. "Creating a strong team that both produces quality work and helps make a difference in the lives of others is a wonderful feeling." Nancy and husband, Craig, have three fabulous children; Caleb, Zachary, and Emily. Nancy enjoys volunteering at their church and at Caleb's school and when not with her family or at the office, she's always up for a little competition on the volleyball court!

Merranie Zellweger, Operations Director

Merranie joined Expedite Group in 2003 at the invitation of friend and former manager, Nancy Piepho. With a background in operations management, human resources, and a cultivated ability to read Nancy's mind, Expedite Group immediately became the place she had always been looking for and is honored to have a hand in building. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, Merranie originally hails from England and moved to the U.S. at age 12. Outside work, you can find her singing with the North Carolina Master Chorale, relaxing with friends and family, cooking, reading, knitting, or savoring a nice glass of scotch. She lives in downtown Raleigh with her husband, Jon.

Rachel Peeler, Virtual Rachel

Rachel Peeler has been with Expedite Group from the very beginning. She is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in business administration. Rachel is happily married to Brian and is very busy with their two boys, Daniel and Ronnie, as well as their new baby girl, Lorraine. Scrap-booking or reading paired with a good cup of coffee is what Rachel enjoys, but with three kids and working for Expedite Group - it's hard to fit that in her busy schedule!

Heather Rook, Marketing Manager

Heather Rook was lured to Expedite Group by Merranie Zellweger over a sushi lunch in 2004. With her instant connection with Merranie and Nancy and being so intrigued by this type of business, she knew Expedite Group was the right fit for her. Heather is a graduate of Simmons College in Boston and has a background in public relations, marketing and event planning. In her spare time, she spends it with family and friends, listening to music, trying new restaurants, but her favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband, Andrew, and their new baby, George.

Laurie Dinwiddie, Account Manager

Laurie has been a member of the Expedite Group team for four years; she finds her position at Expedite Group extremely intriguing as it allows her the opportunity to learn something new each day. Laurie is passionate about work, sports, friendships and family. She is a huge NC State fan and was a feature twirler for four years with the University, performing at all football games and many basketball games. Dancing, acting and twirling allow Laurie to release her spirit and express herself.

Christina Wood, Balance Provider

After graduating from University of Florida, Christina moved to Raleigh and spent three years working in clinical trials before she came to work at Expedite Group in 2005. Christina particularly enjoys working with members on their vacation and travel planning, as she loves to travel herself. She has been to 14 countries and one of her favorite vacations was her trip to Spain. In addition to traveling, Christina enjoys photography, running, listening to music and watching sports.
